When a couple books a session with me, I always love to see what are natural “poses” for them. Are they very affectionate? Shy? Nervous? Excited? Pumped, even? All are completely normal reactions to have to being in front of the camera! But what are some of my favorite poses for pictures?
My favorite poses are the genuine ones where you and your love are simply in the moment with each other — however that looks for you. However that feels, and however you interpret it. It looks different on everyone! And that’s what I love about some of these favorite poses and prompts. You are able to enact them however you want and feel them however you want. Some prompts are met with curiosity (is she really going to make us move our arms in a circle like this?). Some are met with total, “all-for-it” involvement (I could walk with his hand in mine like this all day.) And some are met with giddy smiles or serious stares.
